I think that this class was a good introductory english class that had the right amount of work for what this class is. I enjoyed the overwhelming theme and the way that each class introduction was with the daily readings and that the notebooks were very useful for each part of the class that we were working on. I think that my favorite three blogs would be the endangered species, the nonprofit group, and the nonprofit against group. This is because the endangered species blog was very fun and interesting to do and research, as well as reading other peoples endangered species helped me learn more about what was happening in the world. The nonprofit group blogs were very useful for the final paper for this class because they introduce you to a lot of different research about your topic on both sides of your argument that you are trying to formulate. I think a good other blog could relate to our first paper and be something along the lines of how your education growing up shaped you into who you are today. I think I would want another short writing assignment if we were to do another one, maybe about something that shapes our character or something to do with our major like why we chose it and how our background led us there. I think reading another short essay to do with dam removal would have been interesting. I think readings like the skimming and scanning readings are very useful for an introduction and freshman class like this, as well as things you did like the annotated bib, outline and so on for prepping for the final paper are very useful as well. I think a creative writing assignment could be an interesting option for the class, I think that you could give an option in the prompts writing about either your personal narrative or a creative option. I like giving people options because there are a lot of differences in different people as far as who likes to do creative writing and make their own stories versus who wants to write based on the facts with things similar to how a lot of the blogs are.
